1.SUS444 (00Cr18Mo2) is a ferrite stainless steel with low carbon nitrogen, 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistance.

The yield strength of 444 is 1.5 times that of carbon steel and 6 times that of glass fiber reinforced plastics, which has excellent performance in earthquake resistance, snow resistance, wind pressure resistance and impact resistance.
SUS444 ferritic stainless steel has a high thermal conductivity, about 130% ~ 150% of that of cr-ni austenitic stainless steel.
The thermal expansion coefficient is small, and the team is only 60% ~ 70% of the chrome-nickel Olympic austenitic stainless steel, which is very suitable for thermal expansion, cold contraction and thermal cycle.
This kind of steel has good ductility and toughness and is suitable for drawing, rolling and stamping.
Especially the corrosion resistance is the best, in the high chloride medium corrosion resistance is better than ordinary ferritic stainless steel and Olympic stainless steel, generally do not produce chloride stress corrosion cracking.Ti,Mo and other elements were added to improve the performance of corrosion resistance to holes and crevices.The steel can be welded by welding ordinary stainless steel.
